Jet OUT Expands Fleet with Nine Citation CJ4 Gen2 Aircraft, Opens Dallas-Fort Worth Base

Jet OUT, a Milwaukee-based private aviation company, has announced a significant fleet expansion with the addition of nine Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen2 aircraft, along with a new operating base in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Fleet Growth Details

The expansion will more than double Jet OUT's current fleet of eight aircraft. The delivery schedule includes:

  • Three CJ4 Gen2 aircraft already delivered in early 2025
  • Three additional aircraft scheduled for delivery before the end of 2025
  • Six more firm orders slated for delivery in 2026

By the end of 2026, Jet OUT expects to operate 17 Citation CJ4 Gen2 aircraft, establishing a consistent, modern fleet for its charter and co-ownership programs.

Dallas-Fort Worth Expansion

Two of the newly ordered aircraft will be stationed at a new Dallas-Fort Worth base, joining Jet OUT's existing operations in:

  • Milwaukee, Wisconsin (headquarters)
  • Scottsdale, Arizona
  • Fort Lauderdale, Florida

The Texas expansion positions Jet OUT to serve the rapidly growing business aviation market in the Southwest, providing convenient access for operators throughout the region.

Textron Aviation Partnership

Jet OUT continues executing its fleet order with Textron Aviation, manufacturer of the Cessna Citation CJ4 Gen2. CEO Joseph Crivello emphasized the strategic importance of fleet consistency:

"Each CJ4 Gen2 added to our fleet enhances our ability to deliver a consistent, owner-first experience."

Advanced Maintenance Technology

What sets Jet OUT apart for maintenance providers is their investment in real-time aircraft health monitoring. The company streams aircraft health and performance data every 30 minutes from its Citation CJ4 Gen2 fleet.

Key technology features include:

  • AReS onboard system capturing over 12,000 parameters
  • Data sampling at 80 samples per second
  • Proactive maintenance insights from high-utilization flying patterns

COO Matt Wild noted the company leverages "operational scale and the unique insights gained from high-utilization flying" to optimize maintenance scheduling and aircraft reliability.

Mission Complete Reliability Program

Jet OUT also introduced the Mission Complete reliability program in collaboration with Charter Flight Support and Falcon MGA insurance. This program guarantees:

  • Alternative aircraft at no additional cost if disruptions occur
  • Backup crew availability
  • Seamless travel continuity for passengers

What This Means for Maintenance Providers

Jet OUT's expansion represents growing opportunities for MRO facilities, particularly those with:

  • Citation CJ4 expertise and Textron-authorized service capabilities
  • Locations near Jet OUT bases (Milwaukee, Scottsdale, Fort Lauderdale, Dallas-Fort Worth)
  • Experience with high-utilization charter aircraft
  • Familiarity with advanced health monitoring data integration

As the charter fleet grows, demand for scheduled inspections, component repairs, and AOG support will increase proportionally.
